Owning Six Branch Factories in Mainland China
Huayi International Industry Group Ltd (Huayi Group) is a large-scale group founded in Hong Kong in 1988 and launched its first factory in Shenzhen in 1990. During the past 28 years, we have built six branch factories in mainland China, among which our factory Huateng Metal Products (Dongguan) Co., Ltd is one of them, namely Huayi Precision Spring (Shenzhen) Co., Ltd, Huateng Metal Products (Dongguan) Co., Ltd, Huayi Storage Equipment (Nanjing) Co., Ltd, Huayi Precision Moulds (Ningbo) Co., Ltd, and Huayi Steel Tube (Jiangyin) Co., Ltd. We also have branch offices in Dalian, Zhengzhou, Chongqing, and other cities.
An ISO 9001- and ISO 14001-Certified Factory
We manufacture various types of CNC machined parts, grinders, metal stamping parts, springs, etc. For your assurance, all six of our capable factories have been ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 certified. In 2006, our group adopted the RoHS Directive for compliance with eco-friendly material management, which enabled us to win high recognition from customers.

Description of Quality Control/Technical Support Department
We have a professional quality control team with more than 20 skilled engineers to test our equipment, inspect the raw material as well as finished goods, and we have a strict quality management system to control the processes of our production. The factories have been ISO 14001, ISO/TS 16949 and ISO 13485 approved. This ensures the good quality of our products in our mass production. Our target for the year of 2016 is to achieve a 100% satisfaction rating from our customers.
Quality Control Procedures
With a strict quality management system and process, all of our production lines are operated according to the standards of the "5S system". We also have established a series of policies for raw material inspection, production flow check, finished goods and packaging check to assure the quality of our products.

Our company of six factories are certified respectively by the TUV, DNV, SGS, and with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO/TS 16949 approved. In the year of 2006, the company introduced the EU and RoHS environment material management system, which won the recognition among our customers.

We do not utilize child labor in the production of any product. We do not employ any person under the age of 15 (or 14 where local law allows), or the age at which compulsory schooling has ended, whichever is greater.
Policy on Hours of Labour
We maintain reasonable employee work hours based on the limits on regular and overtime hours allowed by local law, or where local law does not limit the hours of work, the regular work week. Overtime, when necessary, is fully compensated according to local law, or at a rate at least equal to the regular hourly compensation rate if there is no legally prescribed premium rate. Employees are permitted reasonable days off (at least one day off in every seven-day period) and leave privileges.

Policy on Commercial Bribery
